2025 Year-End Ministry Report

Northern California Nevada District Women’s Ministries

What a privilege it is to serve the NCN District. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me by Superintendent Bret Allen, Dr. Sam, and Dr. Jay. My sincere thanks also go to the Executive Committee, the Presbytery, and the women of Northern California and Nevada for allowing me the honor of serving this incredible District.

On a personal note, I must recognize my husband, Jim, who is my greatest supporter. I am truly blessed to have such an amazing life and ministry partner by my side.

The Power of Teamwork

The accomplishments of this past year would not have been possible without the dedication of my extraordinary team. Their commitment to the mission makes ministry a joy.

Administrative & Creative Team: Kathy MacPhail, Leslie Fitzhugh, Aleigha Patino, Cindy Reynolds, Vika Chebotarev, Linda Johnson and Star Richardson.

I also want to extend a special "thank you" to our Incredible Area Leaders who serve faithfully in each section of our district. Ladies, serving the Kingdom of God alongside you is a highlight of my year.

Here’s a few highlights:

Sweet Life 2025

For the second consecutive year, Bethel Church in San Jose opened its doors to host an unforgettable gathering. The atmosphere was charged with expectation, and the results were nothing short of miraculous.

1,700+ Women gathered on-site.

Hundreds Joined the experience via the online livestream.

Hundreds of Salvations reported as lives were surrendered to Christ.

Powerful Worship: The room was filled with a tangible sense of God’s presence, setting the stage for deep spiritual connection.

The Altar: Served as a sacred space for transformation, where burdens were traded for peace and new beginnings.

The Messages: Guest speakers delivered timely words centered on Audacious Love, challenging every woman to live boldly and encouraged them in their unique callings.

“Countless sweet moments in God’s presence defined the weekend, leaving a lasting mark on every heart that attended.”

Project Sisterhood:

Thank you so much for your continued support of Project Sisterhood. Your prayers, your generosity, and your partnership are making a Kingdom impact around the world. Our vision is to support Assemblies of God missionaries and global partners through prayer, giving, awareness, and service. We believe in women helping women—and in communities being transformed by the love of Jesus. This past year, because of your giving, we were able to: • Furnish homes for our NCN World Missionaries • Help with repairs to the Asian Theological Seminary as well as sponsor students • We will train farmer-pastors in rural Zimbabwe to reach their own village. • And in our own backyard; US Missionaries Kim and Laurel Harvey are Equipping rural leaders through Chaplaincy Training raising up spiritual care in places that are often overlooked. These aren’t just updates—they’re stories of transformation, and you’re part of every one. Thank you for linking arms with us. We couldn’t do this without you. For Project Sisterhood 2024-25 We Raised $115,692.99

Vision Trip in Budapest:

One of the most stirring aspects of the trip was seeing the creative reach of this project. The ministry is intentionally designed to bridge gaps between vastly different groups of people, including:

Local Europeans: Engaging with the deep-rooted culture of the region.

Immigrants & Expats: Providing a sense of spiritual home for those living away from their birthplaces.

Refugees: Offering hope and support to those displaced by crisis.

The NCN Women are now officially and honorably partnered with this movement. Seeing the "vibrant ministries" in action confirms that this partnership is not just about financial support, but about being part of a creative, God-led expansion across Europe.

A Celebration of Our 2025 Sisterhood Season

Throughout 2025, our district witnessed a move of God that was both broad and deeply personal. By empowering our dedicated area leaders to build local ministry teams, we successfully hosted approximately 30 Sisterhood events across our sections.

The impact of this decentralized approach cannot be overstated:

Thousands of women were reached, many for the first time, within the comfort of their own local communities.

Leadership pipelines were strengthened as team members stepped into new roles in hospitality, worship, and coordination.

Unity was forged as women from different congregations gathered under one banner to seek the heart of God.

We celebrate every leader who served and every woman who attended. Together, we are building a district where no woman walks alone.

Ministry Impact & Vision

Our collective efforts are focused on a singular goal: seeing women flourish in their divine purpose. This year, we celebrate the following milestones:

Encouragement: Fostering a community where every woman feels seen and valued.

Equipping: Providing the tools and biblical foundations necessary for spiritual growth.

Empowerment: Activating women to step confidently into their unique callings.

Together, we have seen thousands of women encouraged, equipped, and empowered in their call. We look forward to what God has in store for the coming year as we continue to serve together for His Kingdom.

It’s an honor to Encourage, Equip and Empower Women
